IPAI-LGT
The IPAI-LGT is a lighter restraint with a built-in harness (for postural support only). The built-in harness includes a large stable tee pad.
It comes standard with lateral supports.
A support tray is offered as an optional accessory.
NOTE: The IPAI-LGT is not an Australian Britax Childcare Pty Ltd product. The IPAI-LGT is a Hernik GmbH (German company) special purpose car seat, imported into Australia by Medifab. Hernik GmbH uses a Britax Romer (European) standard product and has adapted it for use as a special purpose car seat.

Important information for parents
The IPAI-LGT is a special purpose car seat designed for children with disabilities and medical conditions and should be prescribed by an allied health professional, such as an occupational therapist and physiotherapist.
Special purpose car seats are only suitable for children with disabilities and medical conditions where they are unable to travel safely and comfortably in an Australian standard car seat.
Special purpose car seats are supplied by specialist disability suppliers and there are legal requirements to comply with for their use in motor vehicles.
Safe use
The built-in harness of the IPAI-LGT is for postural support only. The vehicle seatbelt must be used around the child and the IPAI-LGT at all times.
The IPAI-LGT is also provided with ISOFIX lower connectors. However, as the vehicle seatbelt is the primary restraint (just like Australian standard booster seats), the use of ISOFIX is optional to assist with securing the car seat to the vehicle.
